The Role:
We are seeking an inspiring and committed professional to lead the Business Studies department. The successful candidate will: Take responsibility for the leadership and management of the Business Studies curriculum. Deliver high-quality teaching, including BTEC Business. Drive the progress and achievement of students, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. Support and mentor staff within the department. Contribute to the school's wider academic and extracurricular initiatives.
Requirements:
A relevant degree and teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS). Proven experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and 5. Familiarity and experience teaching
BTEC Business
is essential. Strong leadership and organizational skills. A passion for inspiring students and staff alike.
