Your Role as Head of Business Studies:

As the Head of Business Studies, you will be responsible for leading the department, shaping the curriculum, and ensuring students achieve their full potential in GCSE and A-Level Business Studies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading and developing the Business Studies curriculum Teaching engaging and innovative lessons across KS4 & KS5 Supporting and mentoring other teachers in the department Organising business-related extracurricular activities, including industry visits and enterprise projects Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies for success

A qualified Business Studies teacher (QTS) with experience in KS4 & KS5 teaching A passion for entrepreneurship, finance, and economics Experience in curriculum development and department leadership (or a strong desire to step up) A commitment to student engagement and career-focused education
