Mentor and support staff within the department to achieve their full potential. Use data-driven approaches to track student progress and implement strategies for improvement. The Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Business Studies or a related subject. Has a proven track record of excellent teaching and raising student achievement. Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills, with experience of curriculum development. Is passionate about inspiring students and staff, with a commitment to inclusive education. Possesses excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
