Head of Care Operations – Adult Residential North West £80,000 Equity REQUIREMENTS Experience as a Head of Operations. Operations Director or Regional Manager within Adult services. A proven track record of achieving at least good ratings in Ofsted inspections. Compass Associates are exclusively partnering with an established medium-sized care provider in the Northwest which specialises in residential care for young adults with learning disabilities.They are looking to recruit an Head of Care Operations to line manage and support Area Managers to improve outcomes for clients across their residential services – all of which are rated good or outstanding . THE ROLE As the Head of Care Operations, you will be responsible for the running of the organisation’s care services. Several Area Managers will all report directly to you, while you will report to the Operations Director. This role will involve visiting and supervising services while supporting Area Managers and balancing a more strategic leadership role within the company. THE CANDIDATE A background within a similar natured role is essential. Applicants must also be commercially astute and understand what it takes to operate a portfolio of profitable care services, e.g. developing ties with local authorities and managing occupancy and agency use. INTERVIEW PROCESS There will be a three-stage interview process: An informal conversation with the Operations Director An formal interview with the Operations Director and CEO.
