We are seeking a visionary Head of CDM Services to join us at Tersus, part of Marlowe Environmental Services, to spearhead our CDM consultancy division. This is your opportunity to shape our services, build a high-performing team, and enhance our reputation for delivering exceptional solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in strategic leadership, team development, and client engagement, ensuring excellence across all projects while identifying opportunities for growth. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Strategic Leadership

Shape and execute the strategy to expand our CDM services. Strengthen relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Identify market opportunities and lead the development of Principal Designer services. Take full ownership of budgeting and P&L for the division. Team Empowerment

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of CDM professionals. Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands and deliver excellence. Recruit, train, and nurture top talent, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Operational Excellence

Oversee the delivery of Principal Designer and CDM advisory services across a diverse project portfolio. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and health and safety standards. Drive continuous improvement through project reviews and feedback implementation. Client Partnership

Serve as the primary advisor for high-profile clients, offering expert guidance and innovative solutions. Develop compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, championing our CDM services. Regulatory Compliance & Innovation

Stay ahead of developments in CDM Regulations, construction legislation, and best practices. Pioneer innovations in CDM processes and tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures that meet regulatory and company standards. What We're Looking For:

Qualifications

Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field. NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum), with a preference for NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., APS, IOSH, RICS, RIBA, or ICE). Experience

Extensive experience as a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer. Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects successfully. Comprehensive knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and health and safety legislation. Why Join Us?
