Our superb estate is located close to the Welsh borders and nine miles from the historical town of Ludlow. The grounds consist of woodlands, fields, and gardens inhabited by an abundance of wildlife. Key Responsibilities: Overall Centre Management:
Take charge of the comprehensive management of our Culmington Manor Centre in Shropshire. Oversee all operational aspects and ensure that our guests have a safe and memorable experience. Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, motivate and manage a dedicated team of staff, including activity leaders, housekeeping and catering, to provide exceptional service to our guests. Health and Safety:
Maintain and enforce strict adherence to Health and Safety standards, making certain that our Centre operates in accordance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Guest Relations:
Foster positive relations with our guests, educational institutions, youth groups, and other stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Financial Oversight:
Administer Centre budget and allocate resources effectively. Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and innovation, working together to enhance our programs and services. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within the outdoor education, adventure or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and financial management skills. In-depth knowledge of Health and safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with department heads to achieve operational excellence. A range of National Governing Body qualifications (NGB).
