This is an exciting time to be joining Digital Services at Leeds Beckett University. Within Digital Services, we underpin the mission-critical activities of the university to deliver teaching, learning, research, and professional services by developing innovative and agile technology solutions. We aspire to be a trusted partner within the University, helping to make the right decisions to enable the university to compete in the Digital Age. We don’t just ‘do the technology’; it’s how we do it: we’re aligned to the University’s values and we’re a people-first team. Relationships and partnerships are vital to our success, and we are excited to be engaging on a new fit-for-the-future roadmap, with a renewed focus on security, nimbleness, high performance, and value-driven delivery. We are currently seeking an experienced Change Delivery professional to lead, oversee, and develop our Change Delivery function within Digital Services. This role will be key in directing the function to deliver our services around project management, business analysis, test and QA, and programme and portfolio governance and control. You will be bringing your experience of best practice and tailoring it to work in our Higher Education sector. This role is pivotal in making sure we are doing the right things (from a value of outcomes perspective) and doing them in the right way (from a project/programme/portfolio management perspective). Closing date: Thursday 30th January 2025 (23:59) On occasions where a high volume of applications are received, we may close vacancies early. If you wish to apply for this role, it is recommended that you do so promptly. Working here means you’ll also have access to a wide range of benefits including our generous pension schemes, excellent holiday entitlements, flexible working, reduced study fees, subsidised fitness facilities, and a lot more. We welcome applications from all individuals and particularly from black and minority ethnic candidates as members of these groups are currently under-represented at this level of post.
