We're recruiting for a Head of Change to join the team! This role can be based from anywhere in the UK. You'll be responsible for shaping and embedding the business change function across our Field Metering business ensuring consistency and alignment in the business and the wider MGroup Energy Division. You'll be accountable for the development and delivery of a significant portfolio of change initiatives and capital investment projects as well as leading a change function consisting of Project Managers, Product Owners and CI Analysts. We're looking for someone who has a track record of managing successful, inclusive and transformational cultural change programmes in a diverse organisation, providing strong leadership to a growing business change team. Working with key stakeholders across the business, you'll help to inform business cases, identify and track benefits and risks, and provide visibility of the change landscape across Metering so that informed decisions on priorities for investment can be made. Reporting into the Managing Director - Metering. What you'll be doing:

Responsible for the successful delivery of a range of strategic change projects that form part of the Change Portfolio, led by Executives and Senior Leaders from across the business. Develop and implement change strategies that align with MGroup Energy Division and wider business. Directing the production of business cases for specific initiatives and investments. Development and ongoing ownership of change backlog, priorities and sequencing. Resolution of resourcing/prioritisation challenges relating to project delivery. Align appropriate technical, functional and business resource to enable delivery of change programmes in an effective and strategic manner. Risk and issues management and contingency planning. Working with Project Managers, Product Owners and CI resources to identify additional change opportunities. Facilitate post implementation evaluation of benefits and lessons learned including establishing appropriate metrics and reporting. Measure success of change activities by reference to a set of change KPIs. Support growth in change capability within the business. Encourage and facilitate business improvement initiatives and continuous improvement mindset. Assess effectiveness of change management activities and refine approach as appropriate. Work with a range of senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels to bring about effective change, building support for change and minimising resistance. Build relationships across different teams, business units and divisions to deliver organisational change. Promote best practice and methodologies for the management of change including development of project management methods for business change, process review and the support of people through change. Direct and facilitate workshops and interventions designed to engage and develop others in relevant practices, and to scope future change initiatives. Undertake other duties as may be reasonably requested and that are commensurate with the nature and grade of the post including the Project Management of key strategic and capital investment projects & programmes. Plan the workload of the team to deliver programmes and projects effectively, on time, within budget and at the required high level quality standard. What we need from you:

10+ years in change management delivery, with a strong understanding of business change management methodologies and best practices. Open to travelling. Experience in delivering large scale change initiatives. Data driven. Experience working in a services organisation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Challenges the status quo and seeks to find new ways of working. What we offer:
