Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Change Management to lead our transformation initiatives and financial and internal operations strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills to ensure smooth execution of organizational changes and robust financial management. Key Responsibilities Change Management Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support organizational goals and transformation projects. Lead and oversee key change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify change impacts, assess readiness, and mitigate risks. Design and deliver change communication plans to ensure transparency and engagement across all levels of the organization. Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success and adoption of change initiatives. Foster a culture of adaptability, continuous improvement, and resilience within the organization. Smooth Integration and Transformation of possible M&A opportunities Cohesive relationship with Internal Comms Leadership and Collaboration Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of change management and financial operations professionals. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. Represent the organization in financial and operational matters with partners, regulators, and other external entities. Qualifications

What You Bring Proven experience in change management and financial operations, ideally in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial processes, controls, and regulatory requirements. A track record of successfully managing large-scale transformation initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights. Proficiency in financial systems, tools, and technologies.
