AXA – Global Healthcare are seeking a new Head of Change Management for our Transformation teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the leadership and management of the Change Management capability and practice for the IPMI division, ensuring the successful initiation, definition, adoption and integration of change initiatives into the IPMI division. You'll work part of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Focus on the implementation of change methodologies, practices and approaches to embed change across IPMI Line Manage, motivate, develop, and appraise direct reports so that their performance meets the current and future needs of our business Provide Change Management subject matter expertise to the IPMI division, AXA Colleagues and Partners Triage all requests for change, evaluating each request to assess its impact and ensure the change is fully understood and prepare the division for effective change Collaborate effectively and in a timely manner to ensure change management activities are well planned, communicated and executed Facilitate and support the development of comprehensive change plans at programme and project level to ensure maximum impact and successful delivery Support the production of business cases for change, in conjunction with other department heads, lead the initial Scoping and early Discovery phases of work ahead of the delivery stages In conjunction with Internal Communications, ensure stakeholders are informed about changes and engaged throughout the process, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration Ensure stakeholder buy-in, adoption rates and the ability for the organisation to absorb constant change over a continued period of time We know that some candidates may be discouraged from applying if they don't meet every requirement. What you’ll bring: Financial Services background, ideally with exposure to the PMI/IPMI industry Demonstrable experience of delivering change management methods, approaches and best practice in a Transformation context Experience working in a Change Management role, preferably in a leadership role Sound diplomacy and people skills to deal with challenges of inter-company working Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented and results-focused Change Management qualifications eg. Prosci Experience of managing direct reports and managing extensive matrix teams including offshore resources during project delivery As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
