As the Head of Channel Sales, you will drive strategic growth by designing and implementing scalable, high-impact channel partner programs. Your role will focus on building long-term partnerships, driving go-to-market strategies, and optimizing global partner ecosystems to accelerate revenue growth. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee a dynamic team of nine dedicated Channel Sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving partner satisfaction. What you'll do

Architect and manage a global channel sales strategy, leveraging insights from industry trends and partner feedback. Identify, recruit, and enable high-performing channel partners aligned with Lucanet's strategic vision and growth objectives. Implement metrics-driven partner performance programs, ensuring accountability and mutual success. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to design GTM campaigns that empower partners to succeed. Build and mentor a high-performing Channel Sales team, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Own regional sales performance, aligning channel strategies to meet revenue targets. Regularly engage with key partners at the executive level to deepen strategic alignment and enhance partner relationships. Optimize regional sales budgets and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing partner ROI. Deliver detailed, actionable performance insights and recommendations to leadership through regular reporting. Report directly to the VP of Sales and serve as a trusted strategic advisor, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals, revenue objectives, and go-to-market strategies. What you bring to the table

Proven ability to scale SaaS channel sales functions within high-growth, fast-paced environments. Extensive experience in global channel partner management, including designing incentive structures and managing multi-region ecosystems. Expertise in indirect sales models, including hands-on experience driving revenue through distributors, VARs, MSPs, and integrators. Exceptional management and coaching skills with a track record of building high-performing sales teams. Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align channel sales with broader business objectives. Advanced proficiency in leveraging CRM and analytics platforms to drive partner success and optimize sales processes. Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders both internally and externally. Perks at work
