Total Weekly Hours:

40 hours Monday – Friday 0700-1600. Weekend Cover 1 in 6 weekends

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Plus Benefits including upto 33 days holiday, life assurance, private healthcare (family Cover) on-line and high street discounts, ongoing training and development.

Job Details:

We are looking for a Head of Cleaning for our customer, who are a market leader within the Facilities Maintenance industry. Based in Oxford, your role will be to ensure the contract requirements and key performance indicators for services are met and that the operations team strives and exceeds expectations through first class management delivery. You will play a critical role in

various contract decision making through the detailed production of client and internal reporting. In addition to this, you will measure and establish appropriate targets and objectives as well as analysing and appraising and interpreting performance for the

contract in line with set criteria agreed by the contract. It will be the responsibility of the Head of Cleaning to ensure that services are effective and efficient, value for money and in accordance with contract. You will proactively work independently or collectively to develop the team on achieving their KPIs and

continually update / improve the requirements needed to maintain a high level. In addition to this, you will work closely with various client facing roles and other stakeholders to execute their role effectively. Create a network of stakeholders and collaborate

on a regular basis to achieve their goals as well as organise, divide and delegate workload into manageable activities, dependent on expertise/ area of focus, whilst tracking completion levels to achieve the desired.

The successful candidate will need the following skills and experience:

Be competent in the use of software programs and Apps, such CARPS, Equip, Archibus, TopCat, and have a strong standard of both literacy and numeracy. Previous experience within a hospital environment essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence effectively at all levels. The role will require maturity of thought, confidence and credibility to challenge and influence individual thinking, whilst maintaining good working relationships with

the senior management team. You will be able to effectively plan and manage your own workload. Have strong financial acumen with the ability to manage costs and ensure budgets are met.
