Our client is a small trust company in Guernsey with a steadily growing diverse client base. On their behalf, we are looking to fill a newly created position as Head of Client Services.
The role-holder will have full responsibility for the effective daily management of the administrative team. They will take responsibility for a designated portfolio of clients and delegate others to the team.
Applicants should have a good understanding of the Guernsey regulatory environment and demonstrable experience in ensuring good corporate governance.
As a team leader, the successful applicant will be expected to show a positive attitude and be an ambassador for the company. There will be the occasional need to travel to meet and present to existing and new clients and stakeholders.
A professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or CGI is expected. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior manager position in a fiduciary services company is essential.
