Key Accountabilities: Clinical Governance:

Lead compliance with legislation and standards, ensuring patient safety and legal adherence. Operational Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day operations, driving high standards in Pharmacy Services. Oncology Focus:

Develop and implement plans for oncology medication services, ensuring best practices and compliance. Education and Development:

Create a robust learning framework for all pharmacists, promoting continuous professional development. Leadership:

Cultivate a high-performing team, maximising potential and engagement. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Must be a registered and qualified Pharmacist as recognized by the GPhC. Experience:

Significant experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, risk management, and specialist therapy areas. Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional patient care. Regulatory Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing UK pharmacy practice. Business Acumen:
