The role of the

Head of Clinical Services

requires strong and empathetic leadership to ensure that the highest standards of care and safety are continually delivered to both patients and employees. Holding excellent communication, leadership, and operational management skills, you will be a visible leader, encouraging staff to contribute to service plans and ensuring a high-quality and efficient approach to service delivery, including remaining calm and controlled and solution-focused in times of difficulty. You will lead by example to inspire, motivate, and encourage others, ensuring effective and clear communication, support, accountability, and responsibility to deliver. About us

The role of the

Head of Clinical Services

will work to ensure that the highest standards of care and safety are continually delivered to both patients and employees. You will be a visible leader, encouraging staff to contribute to service plans and ensuring a high-quality and efficient approach to service delivery. About you:

A qualified and UK registered nurse, with experience in a similar role. An experienced, passionate, and empathetic leader, with excellent communication skills. Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Experience of successfully managing significant organisational change. Competent and experienced in a range of clinical, management, and leadership skills. Evidence of substantial post-registration continual professional development in management and clinically related subjects. Experience of advising and influencing senior managers and clinicians in relation to risk management and quality improvement. Experience of complex budget management and evidence of working within financial limits. In-depth knowledge of the health care regulatory agenda and mechanisms including CQC, safeguarding, Caldicott, data protection, and CDAO regulations. Evidence of continual updating in line with professional bodies. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Salary: up to £69,693.00 per annum In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
