The Opportunity Our client is looking for an experienced leader to head the development of a

Command and Control (C2) system

. The C2 portfolio includes advanced solutions for

UK domestic

and

export customers

, particularly in

Land and Maritime air-defence missile programmes

, as well as

new directed energy weapons programmes

. As the

Head of C2 System

, you will be responsible for managing the development of a

C2 product

and overseeing its integration onto

customer platforms

. Leading a team of systems engineers, you will handle: Requirements analysis Collaborative design efforts across

software, hardware, human factors

, and

algorithms engineering disciplines Proving plans

and generating

compliance evidence

leading to

certification

of the product. Working on this
