20th January 2025 British Triathlon is the governing body for the Olympic and Paralympic sport of triathlon and multisport across England, Scotland, and Wales. We’re looking for a talented and passionate individual to help support the CEO, Executive team, and Board with this strategic focus. You will bring a fresh and innovative perspective gained in a commercial sports/brand environment where you will have a track record of delivering sustainable, recurring revenue streams as well as embedded partnerships that deliver value to all stakeholders. Role Overview: As Head / Director of Commercial & Brand Partnerships, you will lead, grow, and develop British Triathlon’s commercial programme, focusing on new partnership programmes, revenue generation, and providing first-class relationship management for our existing and new partners. Key Responsibilities: Secure and manage high-value commercial partnerships. Demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Develop innovative solutions and operate effectively at pace. Successful working relationships are key to any role. Our new Head / Director of Commercial & Brand Partnerships will report into the Chief Executive Officer and will be an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team, thriving through developing and maintaining trusted working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
