The Head of Commercial Finance will be primarily responsible for: Managing the Commercial Finance team including 1-2-1s, coaching, hiring and performance management. Production of monthly management accounts/leading the month-end process. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process. Providing added value and commercial insight to the business. Daily/weekly/monthly KPI reporting. Owning Balance Sheet accounts and improving controls. Identifying and implementing cost saving initiatives across finance and the wider business. Profile
The successful Head of Commercial Finance should have: ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with PQE 3 years+. Experience leading the month-end required. ERP systems experience ideal - SAP. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential - ability to manage complex Excel models and large volumes of data. Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to communicate at board level. Strong team management/leadership skills. Experience within Manufacturing and Production/FMCG/related ideal. Hands-on mindset. Job Offer
