As Head of Commercial Finance your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Strategic Leadership:
Provide strategic financial oversight, guiding the business through key commercial decisions and contributing to overall business performance. Team Management:
Recruit, lead and inspire a team of Finance Business Partners. Stakeholder Collaboration & Management:
Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, ensuring effective delivery of quality reporting to aid informed decision making and embedding finance as a true business partner. Financial Planning and Analysis:
Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and drive efficiencies within the commercial finance function. Parkinson Lee Executive Search are keen to speak with people that have the following skills and experience: Qualified Accountant:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification is essential. Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner and working collaboratively with senior executives and cross-functional teams. A self-starter with a strong understanding of commercial finance principles and their application in a complex, fast-moving environment.
