About you: We're looking for a Commercial Manager to drive growth for our Legal Division. You'll work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to track performance, shape growth strategies, and create commercial offers. Your role will focus on understanding market opportunities, aligning them with our capabilities, and positioning our business for success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll take a data-driven approach to strategy while staying adaptable to changing needs. You'll turn complex propositions from our product portfolio into clear, impactful strategies for internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day, you will: Market Analysis and Strategy

Provide market/customer size and segmentation data to support commercial plans. Support the management team in the definition of ambitious and credible growth strategies based on internal and market research/analysis.

Pricing and Revenue Optimization

Review existing product and price metrics to identify revenue opportunities and enable new business, cross-sell, and up-sell activity. Identify optimal cross-sell strategies and offers that are quantified and prioritized. Manage and own tactical pricing initiatives across a suite of legal products. Analyse pricing data and adjust strategies as needed to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Provide pricing guidance and support to the sales team during negotiations. Create flexible pricing models and discount structures to meet client needs while maintaining profitability. Support GRR in the creation of retention propositions and offers.

Go-to-Market (GTM) and Commercial Offers

Craft business case and GTM plans to support the delivery of market-leading software bundles across various customer segments. Provide commercial input to support go-to-market planning to ensure the success of new propositions and acquisitions. Create and manage commercial offers that align with business objectives and customer needs. Work with sales and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and deliver commercial offers that help close deals.

Your skills and experiences might also include: Proven experience in commercial planning or business consulting, ideally in B2B software or fast-paced industries, with a track record of turning market analysis into actionable plans. Skilled in creating growth-focused offers, including bundle modelling, pricing strategies, multi-channel execution, and go-to-market (GTM) planning. Strong analytical skills to translate insights and market trends into strategies that drive growth, with expertise in influencing SaaS roadmaps and development. Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate across teams, customers, and third parties. Proactive self-starter with experience managing multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines and delivering impactful business cases. Open to new ideas, focused on continuous improvement, and skilled at negotiating the best outcomes. What are we all about?
