The Opportunity LEVC Mtech is leading a project to introduce a range of new energy passenger vehicles tailored for the UK market. We’re looking for ambitious individuals who want to make an impact in a company committed to innovation and sustainability. About the Role This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies, engaging with key stakeholders, and leading digital transformation initiatives. It also requires a strong understanding of the UK automotive market and a proven history of success in brand management and digital marketing. Brand Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen LEVC’s position in the UK market. Oversee and maintain the quality of suppliers, including digital agencies, advertising partners, influencers, and media organisations. Plan, coordinate, and deliver events, with particular emphasis on major launch events. Ensure brand messaging and visual identity remain consistent across all channels and touchpoints. Marketing: Develop and oversee the annual marketing plan, incorporating market analysis and industry insights. Identify target markets across various segments and portfolios, leveraging in-depth insights to uncover market opportunities. Create and execute promotional strategies aimed at strengthening customer loyalty. Manage the marketing budget and associated resources effectively. Ensure consistency and compliance in imagery and process control. Digital CRM Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to strengthen customer engagement and retention. Design strategies to improve conversion rates for digital sales across the LEVC distributor network. Create dashboards to track lead performance at both distributor and national levels. Conduct ROI analyses for digital channels to measure effectiveness. Lead the "digital transformation" initiative to optimise business processes within LEVC's distributor network. Digital Initiatives: Refresh and enhance LEVC UK's digital presence using design thinking principles. Implement automated bots on the website to improve the user experience. Introduce surveys via the WhatsApp API and achieve green check verification for authenticity. Plan and develop an online platform to enable car purchases directly. Experience to Succeed: At least 7 years of experience in automotive communications or a related field. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Experience working with CRM systems and data analytics. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. An MBA is advantageous. Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams and engage effectively with external stakeholders.
