Parkinson Lee Executive Search are partnering with a high growth fast paced business who are looking to appoint a commercial Senior Reward Professional to build and lead this function. This is a really exciting time to join the business. Private Equity owned it is now in a prime position to expand across the UK having recently appointed senior C suite individuals including the CPO to drive the business forward. The business has grown quickly by ensuring its customers are priority in every decision made, and ensuring its employees think about their customers before they think of anything else. The next stage in this journey is to ensure that the People strategy is the right one to deliver results quickly. About the Role

- Reporting directly to the CPO we are looking for a commercial thinking, results driven Head of Comp & Bens. A hybrid role with weekly presence required in the office, you will be a core member of the People Leadership team and wider leadership group across the business. You will be a reward expert, who has the capabilities to set up from scratch and lead and enable a high performing Reward function covering all aspects of Compensation and Benefits for all levels of employees. Responsibilities Initial Review and analysis of the businesses within the group to assess the requirements with the ability to then put together, propose and implement a full execution of the plan. Provide Strategic Direction: Lead the development of reward, recognition, and benefits strategies to ensure best practices and alignment with the group strategic objectives. Act as the cornerstone for the CPO, supplying crucial data, analytics, and insights necessary to make informed decisions that shape the course of the business. Maintain a Competitive Edge: Keep the business ahead of the game by bringing up to date industry knowledge and market trends and applying a strategic and creative lens to attract and retain staff and ensure a competitive offering for all roles in all markets. Review: Include regular pay benchmarking, reviewing and updating the benefits package and actively collecting and reviewing employee feedback. Engage stakeholders: Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to translate concepts into implementation. Required Skills Thoughtful and proactive leader In-depth expertise in core reward processes Exceptional analytical skills Practical ‘hands on’ approach to reward Exceptional interpersonal communication skills Leadership role model with proven experience in all areas of reward functions Ability to draw and communicate insights from data and analysis Comfortable with ambiguity and an ever changing environment Pay range and compensation package
