Job Title - Head of Compensation & Benefits
Salary - £90,000 - £100,000 plus bonus

DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
- Develop and implement a compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business goals and tailored to UK & European markets.
- Conduct market benchmarking and ensure competitive pay structures, staying ahead of benefit trends to enhance employee value.
- Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys.
- Lead job evaluation and grading processes, maintaining role consistency, pay equity, and supporting career progression.
- Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of pay and benefits, addressing compliance and operational challenges.
- Address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Manage and deliver key HR projects, driving process improvements and leveraging data for decision making.
- Supervise and mentor one direct report, fostering development and aligning efforts with broader HR initiatives.
- Prepare and present insights on compensation budgets, benefits uptake, and strategic impact to senior leadership.
PROFILE
