We are looking to appoint a full time Head of Computer Science to start in September 2025. What you'll be doing: You will be joining our Computer Science Department of two teachers and a relatively small number of pupils studying GCSE, A-Level and IB courses. You will be passionate about your subject, have a desire to collaborate with your colleagues to develop our pupils’ curiosity and be enthusiastic about undertaking both pastoral and co-curricular responsibilities. You'll have: A good honours degree, or similar, in Computer Science or a closely related subject Experience of, or demonstrable ability for, teaching computer science from year 9 to 13 A range of skills and a willingness to participate in the wider pastoral and co-curricular life of the school A desire to role model the Malvern Qualities and to inspire, empower and develop our pupils so that they achieve their optimal outcomes You'll get: We offer an exciting range of benefits and opportunities for growth.
