Role Overview:

As the Head of Computing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive computing curriculum across KS3 and KS4. Your responsibilities will include: Curriculum Development:

Designing and implementing an innovative computing curriculum that engages and inspires students. Quality Assurance:

Ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning in Computing lessons through regular monitoring and evaluation. Leadership:

Providing strong leadership and support to the Computing department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Professional Development:

Supporting the professional growth of staff through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices. Community Engagement:
