The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event management, preferably within the education sector, and will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry experts to create experiences that help inspire and inform educators, students, and academic professionals.
Business development will be a critical element of this role so the energy and enthusiasm to take on new challenges is essential. We also plan to build capacity within our Events team and so some experience in managing people will be important. Utilising irreducible spare capacity across the site, and our superb facilities, the individual will help attract business that will generate income for the College and which will support our Community.
