Head of Consumer Insight , you’ll play a key role in shaping their business strategy, ensuring the consumer voice is at the heart of everything they do. You will: Lead and develop a forward-thinking CSU team. Act as a strategic sparring partner for Marketing and Retailer Brand teams, ensuring fact-based decision-making. Oversee end-to-end research projects, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Provide actionable insights that influence brand strategies, innovation pipelines, and consumer-facing activities. Foster strong relationships with research providers and internal stakeholders to align on key initiatives. Consumer Insights

within FMCG, with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. A strong ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business results. Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Experience with syndicated tools (e.g., NIQ, Circana, Kantar) and self-serve research methodologies. A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A passion for consumer behaviour, brand strategy, and innovation. Benefits & Details: Competitive salary range of £70-80k (dependent on experience), plus £8k car allowance, 20% bonus, pension, and private medical benefits.
