will be a strong leader and writer, bringing strong editorial and content ideas which boost key campaign and BAU storytelling. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital-first and social-first content, with an emphasis on idea-driven storytelling. This role will report directly to the Brand Director. As a Head of Content, you'll: Lead and inspire the copywriting team, fostering a collaborative and hybrid working environment that encourages creativity and high performance. Work with the Brand Director on developing a content strategy that aligns with Cult Beauty's brand objectives and resonates with our audience. Ensure all content is strategic and impactful across all channels. Oversee the creation of compelling content that reflects the Cult Beauty voice and brand ethos. Ensure consistency and excellence in all editorial outputs. Work closely with the Brand Director and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of content strategies. Maintain rigorous standards for content quality, accuracy, and consistency. Oversee the editing and proofreading process to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and digital media. Leverage insights to inform editorial strategies and creative processes. What Skills and Experience do I need? Demonstrable experience in editorial and/or content marketing programs with a focus on driving education and engagement. Highly organised self-starter, with a data-driven mentality and bias towards action. Ability to coach and mentor junior members in the team, ensuring their professional development.
