Your profile As Head of Content Development, you will lead the curation, creation, and dissemination of high-quality professional development content, and personally lead the leadership and governance subject area. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will shape and deliver impactful learning solutions that address the current and future needs of the Further Education and Skills sector. The successful candidate will have: Current/recent further education and skills experience. Proven policy related experience, preferably within the further education sector or related field. Strong understanding of skills development, vocational training and workforce requirements and designing and developing programmes to meet the workforce needs across further education settings. Excellent research, analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesise complex information, design solutions to policy challenges and make data-informed improvements. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage and present to diverse stakeholders across subject matter areas and settings. Information Starting Salary: £60,300 per annum for full time to start, with service and performance related progression. Contract type: Fixed Term until 31 August 2026 and full-time. Location: London - Victoria. Deadline for applications: Midday 23 January 2025.
