Job Description
In a nutshell, you'll be responsible for leading the agency's content and engagement proposition (including content creation, search and SEO, paid channels, and owned channels). This includes:
Leading the team to deliver impactful strategies; you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and mentoring, as well as the personal development of everyone within this team. Driving strategy for existing agency retainers and projects, as well as growing accounts and supporting new business strategy and onboarding. Being a key part of the agency's Senior Management Team (SMT). The Successful Applicant We're keen to speak to candidates who have worked in a content leadership role within an agency.
You'll have had a commercial role with responsibility for a P&L.
Ideally, you'll have proven results in building and nurturing a team, as well as client relationships.
Naturally, you'll have a passion for the industry and be an incredibly strong communicator. What's on Offer Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on skills and experience.
