Key Requirements

Fluent English Communication

Health Experience & Understanding

Health experience and understanding (life sciences degree is helpful).

Content Creation and Strategy

Proven experience creating and managing content (blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and social media). Ability to align content strategy with business objectives and SEO best practices.

Interviewing Skills

Skilled at conducting professional interviews, especially with subject matter experts like health professionals. Comfortable handling technical and sensitive topics with tact and professionalism.

Social Media Expertise

Demonstrated ability to grow and manage multiple social media platforms (Instagram, X.com, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). Experience in creating campaigns that resonate with different audiences.

Brand and Messaging Alignment

Expertise in developing content that reflects and strengthens brand identity. Experience in managing tone and messaging consistency across all platforms.

SEO Knowledge

Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization. Proven track record of improving organic search traffic through content.

Email Marketing & Newsletters

Experience creating compelling newsletters targeting patients, partners, and healthcare professionals. Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.

Event and Conference Management

Experience in planning and managing conference materials, including presentations, booths, and collateral. Ability to coordinate with event organizers and internal teams to ensure successful representation.

Partnership and Influencer Marketing

Track record of managing influencer collaborations and brand partnerships. Ability to foster relationships with industry thought leaders and leverage partnerships to amplify brand reach.

Project Management Skills

Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to track progress.

Team Leadership

Ability to lead and mentor a team of content creators, social media managers, and designers. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, and research).

Analytical and Data-Driven

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to measure content performance. Experience analyzing campaign results and optimizing based on data.
