The Role As Head of Contract Recruitment, you’ll lead a dynamic team across multiple verticals, drive performance, and execute innovative strategies to enhance client delivery and candidate management. This pivotal role spans all divisions, including actuarial, risk, compliance, catastrophe risk, underwriting, broking, claims, technology, legal, and finance. Your Key Responsibilities Leadership : Define team culture, foster collaboration, and create clear benchmarks for success. Client Strategy : Expand contract opportunities within the insurance market and develop compelling value propositions. Performance Management : Use data-driven insights to optimise processes and focus on high-value opportunities. Training & Development : Equip your team with the skills to build contractor books and enhance client relationships. Process Improvement : Implement scalable, efficient systems to streamline operations and ensure consistency. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in contract recruitment, ideally within financial services or insurance. Strong analytical skills and a track record of exceeding financial targets. Expertise in building relationships with senior stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
