Your new role The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services, oversee all conveyancing transactions, and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders. Additionally, they will lead and manage the conveyancing department, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mentor a team of conveyancers, and implement best practices to improve departmental performance. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conveyancing, a proven track record of managing a conveyancing team and handling complex transactions, and excellent knowledge of conveyancing law and practice.
