This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Residential Property Team within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Managing a caseload of Residential Property Files
Handling Property Sales and Purchase transactions
Facilitating Right to Buy processes
Overseeing Re-mortgages
Managing transactions involving New Builds
Handling Freehold and Leasehold properties
Managing an existing team of fee earners and support staff
Contributing to the department business development and growth plans
As a Residential Property HOD joining their Residential Property Team, the candidate will be expected to showcase outstanding technical abilities, effectively managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
