In this role you will add value to PXP by: The Head of Corporate Growth is responsible for driving the company's corporate growth strategy, focusing on expanding market share, increasing revenue, and enhancing customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong sales background, capable of identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team. A typical week as a Head of Corporate Growth might involve: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the Corporate vertical to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Chief Revenue Officer. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. We are looking for someone who: Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic industry. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a positive team culture. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience in developing and executing successful sales and business development strategies. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence at all levels of the organization. We would love someone to have any of the following: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Additional language skills.
