Head of Corporate Operations , you will be responsible for leading, overseeing, and managing the operational activities within the Corporate Credit & Risk team, across Lending, Portfolio Management, and Recoveries. You will set the operational strategy for the team; co-ordinating operational design and implementation, driving continuous improvement so that they are efficient and effective. Utilising new tools and technologies that are available to the wider Group and bringing them into the Corporate operation. This role requires a strong understanding of lending within the corporate and development funding arena allied with strategic leadership, a risk management mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills to drive operational performance and achieve the company's business goals. Head of Corporate Operations , we are looking for someone to: Collaborate with senior management within the team to design a vision for the Corporate customer end-to-end journey and align operational strategies and delivery accordingly. Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality across all departments; defining and monitoring appropriate SLAs and driving performance. Ensure that operational capacity plans are appropriately designed and maintained; ensuring budgets are met and resources used efficiently. Improve and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks; developing and maintaining a robust Risk and Control Framework for the Operational Function. Qualifications Significant experience in operations management, in a senior leadership role. Extensive experience within risk management. Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving business goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
