Head of Creative

ROLE: Head of Creative Rare opportunity for an experienced Head of Creative to join the in-house team at an Ed tech brand. You will come from a copywriting background or experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the creative vision and strategy for all projects, guiding them from concept to completion with a strong focus on storytelling and impactful narratives that resonate with target audiences. Craft compelling consumer storytelling that builds emotional connections, drives engagement, and enhances brand perception across multiple platforms. Oversee the execution of creative projects, offering strategic direction and constructive feedback to elevate the work of the team, especially in narrative development and copywriting. Drive the development of clear, persuasive, and consistent copywriting that speaks directly to consumers while maintaining brand voice and tone across all communications. Implement and refine studio processes and best practices that enhance creativity, efficiency, and collaboration across the team. Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity, where storytelling and consumer engagement are at the heart of every creative project. Skills & Experience Proven experience in a creative leadership role, driving strategic direction and overseeing project execution. Deep understanding of how to manage creative workflows and client expectations. A robust portfolio demonstrating your ability to lead, develop, and execute innovative, successful creative campaigns across multiple platforms. Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-faceted creative projects. A passion for creativity, with a keen eye on emerging trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation.
