A leading unsecured lender is looking to hire a highly analytical credit leader to be based in London to manage their global expansion. The role: Build and develop credit risk strategies for the global lending portfolio. Oversee the development of credit policies. Drive the development of credit risk models, scoring systems, and underwriting criteria. Work closely with the product team to ensure risk management initiatives are aligned with business goals. Drive positive selection within the lending portfolio by influencing factors such as marketing, pricing, product development, segmentation, customer experience, and underwriting. The role requirements: 10+ years experience in an analytics-led lender. Deep knowledge of credit risk and analytics. Track record in innovation and strategic enhancements. Statistics background is strongly preferred.
