Lead and manage the CRM team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional results. Oversee the development and management of CRM systems. Establish clear CRM reporting systems. Collaborate with various departments to ensure CRM strategies align with overall organisational goals. Analyse CRM data to provide insight and drive decision making. Stay abreast of developments in CRM and leverage these for the benefit of the organisation. Ensure all CRM activities comply with legislation and best practices. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of CRM should have: Strong knowledge of CRM systems and best practices. Proven experience in a similar role within Higher Education. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong data analysis skills and a data-driven approach. The ability to collaborate effectively with other departments. A commitment to maintaining high standards of data protection and compliance. What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of £56,000 - £64,000 per annum. Excellent holiday leave.
