Work with staff to ensure effective differentiation and support for SEND students. Line-manage teaching and SEN support staff. Support staff development through CPD and emotional self-regulation strategies. About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the National Award in SEND Coordination (or willingness to complete). Proven experience in curriculum development and SEND leadership. Strong knowledge of statutory SEND requirements. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Benefits
