Permanent Regular Job Description:

This role will be responsible for shaping the company’s data strategy. The candidate will work closely with the Hub & Spoke teams to ensure the strategy is aligned to Global policies and standards whilst it enables local business objectives. The role will collaborate with the wider business team to define the E2E UK data model, identify automation opportunities and deliver actionable insights. Design of the delivery models and capabilities to ensure the reporting and Analytics needs of customers and our business can be delivered to an agreeable SLA. Data quality and accuracy across the business is of a high standard and aligned to business outcomes. Ensure the appropriate management, systems, processes, visualization, and tools are in place and developed in line with business needs. Be the company evangelist for data management, automation, compliance, and engagement, deploying necessary education programmes to staff. Help accelerate the business strategy and digital transformation, by providing guidance and insights on what is possible, challenges and opportunities, market trends, data monetisation, etc.; at a local, regional, and global level. Define the UK data model aligned to global and local procedures and policies and industry best practices. Develop a high performing team aligned to company values and culture. Degree level educated or Equivalent technology/data qualifications. Work Experience Requirements:

Previous experience in a data management role with a focus on systems, governance, compliance, and BI. Competencies: Leads by example – Previous experience in managing and leading data team. Strategic mindset – Ability to think strategically and deliver project goals. Logical – Ability to demonstrate consistently balanced good judgement and logical thought prioritisation. Data Driven Mindset – Ability to focus on the science and data behind performance. Security Conscious: Building on compliance to ensure security is considered in all areas of data processing and management. Great communicator – Ability to build close-knit relationships with key stakeholders; internal and external. Positive and proactive – Glass half-full attitude, with great initiative. Driven and passionate – Passionate at the prospect of working with one of the largest global brands. Flexible and responsible - Not put off by a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
