Key Responsibilities
Partner with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to align project delivery with strategic road maps. Manage the full delivery life cycle of development projects, from initiation to closure. Oversee project portfolios, optimising resource allocation to meet organisational priorities. Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, fostering agility and efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technology teams for seamless integration. Monitor project performance, addressing risks and implementing corrective actions. Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Promote and champion delivery methodologies and best practices across the organisation.
