Competitive Ingeus are currently looking for a Head of Delivery to provide strategic and operational leadership to drive performance within our operations teams. In the role of Head of Delivery you will motivate and inspire Ingeus teams to deliver high performing, profitable and personalised employment support services to help participants realise their potential. You will also focus on leading, people management and driving performance in the region, as well as ensuring strategic development of the programme which includes business planning, internal policies, cross divisional working and external relations with key stakeholders. What you’ll be doing as the Head of Delivery: Leading, developing and maintaining high quality teams and support staff that are capable of ensuring best practice delivery of contracted services. Meeting and exceeding commissioner performance targets and deliverables for the contracts and reporting on performance trends and issues to service delivery staff and senior management. Coaching and supporting managers, developing their knowledge, skills and behaviours. Ensuring that the financial targets are met and exceeded through financial tracking and the monitoring of the Regional contract income. Using financial analytics to drive performance. Managing and developing relationships with key internal and external partners, including identifying new business opportunities as appropriate. To be the Head of Delivery you will have; Strong leadership and organisational skills, with an ability to motivate large teams. Multisite experience with a proven track record of success. The ability to analyse MI in order to create operational actions to bring the business forward. Great people development/management skills. Evidence of demonstrable strategic actions to address underperformance on a silo or a regional basis.
