to join Cellnex in a key role in our Operations team, which will be integral to our company’s success. Role Overview: As the Head of Delivery, you will: Be accountable for the Installation Services provided by Cellnex to a major Mobile Network Operator customer(s). Enable the development of their 4G/5G Radio Access Networks across the Cellnex estate. Be responsible for all customer and internal programme delivery and reporting, including commercial P&L accountabilities. Maintain strong relations with internal stakeholders to ensure that all demand, triage, and alignment dovetails with customer targets. – the owner of several key customer stakeholder relationships and part of the Cellnex leadership team supporting and developing the overall customer account. Team Lead

– Motivate, develop, and direct an internal multidiscipline team who are delivering the customer programmes and managing suppliers providing services in support of this. Supplier management

– The senior operational leader interfacing with suppliers providing Acquisition, Design, Build, Rigging and associated support services. Agree baseline plans, ensure appropriate capacity, understand, and influence performance. P&L accountability

– Own the Installation Services P&L for the customer account, working to agreed revenue, cost and margin targets. Programme and baseline plan

– Overall responsibility for agreement of programme plans with the customer and alignment of these plans with internal budgets. Internal stakeholders

– As a key part of the operations extended leadership team, you will be required to collaborate with and influence wider business stakeholders to underpin the success of your own objectives and support the wider goals of the business. Experience Frameworks, methodologies & Quality Management - good knowledge of Project Management lifecycles, project governance, methodologies, the Cellnex Project and Programme Management methodology, Quality Management Systems and processes and procurement processes. Project Delivery - track record of driving delivery of larger, complex projects or portfolios, ensuring consistent execution of defined project processes. Technical Knowledge - good understanding of the technologies underpinning the relevant Cellnex services. Stakeholder Management - identifies and analyses stakeholders’ requirements, plans and conducts appropriate interactions to engage and communicate effectively. Risk & Issue Management - drives application best practice tools and techniques in the management of risks and issues, supports mitigation, controls and effective resolution. Asset Allocation - influences how financial and other resources should be allocated amongst the programme or portfolio to optimise performance. What We Are Looking For From Our Candidates Experience in National Mobile Network Operator Radio Access Network (RAN) roll outs or similar consolidation programmes supporting Cellnex's customers.
