To champion excellence in delivering innovative digital products that drive measurable impact for our clients, while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and cutting-edge practices within the delivery team. Aims: Lead and grow a high-performing team of delivery managers. Ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and success across all client engagements. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, fostering satisfaction and repeat business. Embed a culture that thrives on turning constraints into catalysts for innovation, enabling the team to deliver exceptional results even in challenging scenarios. Measure of success: High client satisfaction scores and increased repeat business. Effective team performance and continuous process improvements. Data-driven reporting and proactive risk mitigation strategies. About you: Has extensive delivery management experience and leading teams. Adept at managing portfolios of £1m+ project value and thrives in Agile environments. Experience overseeing the delivery of a diverse portfolio of digital projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Experience with the development of apps and a solid understanding of technologies, platforms, and devops. Experience in creating and optimising project management processes. Experience facilitating workshops to define scope, requirements, and deliverables. Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless project execution. Experience mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams, creating a collaborative and innovative environment. Demonstrates strong situational awareness and commercial acumen. Enhance the delivery playbook, embedding best practices and innovation. Report on delivery performance and implement strategies to address challenges. Possesses certifications in Agile or project management (or equivalent experience).
