Client Implementation & Onboarding Lead end-to-end client implementation processes coordination and standards, ensuring successful onboarding experiences for clients across diverse industries, including retail, healthcare, and hospitality. Manage integrations with APIs, SFTP, and SSO protocols, ensuring technical setups align with client requirements and best practices. Collaborate closely with client HR, IT, and payroll teams to address specific technical needs and deliver customised solutions to ensure a timely onboarding cycle and training to drive adoption. Develop and oversee onboarding project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Team Leadership Manage, mentor, and grow the delivery and implementation team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Allocate resources effectively to balance workload across team members and ensure client success. Provide technical guidance and training to the team on key integration tools and processes. Stakeholder Engagement Set the stakeholder engagement standard and process for the onboarding phase, ensuring effective communication and expectation management. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders with key customers, including technical and HR teams, to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving. Serve as an escalation point for any onboarding issues, proactively resolving challenges to maintain client satisfaction. Strategic & Operational Excellence Continuously evaluate and refine the onboarding process to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into Wagestream’s delivery processes. Report on onboarding metrics and performance to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement and innovation. Working Policy:
