The role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Demand Generation to lead our demand generation efforts. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of demand generation programs, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and inside sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams and Ekco leadership team to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI. Digital Marketing : Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Develop and execute digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Utilize marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Inside Sales : Lead and manage the inside sales team to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion. Develop and implement inside sales strategies to maximize lead conversion rates. Provide training and support to the inside sales team to enhance their performance and productivity. Lead Management : Implement lead scoring and nurturing processes to ensure high-quality leads are passed to the sales team. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads. Track and report on lead generation metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. Campaign Management : Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement. Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support campaign execution. Analytics and Reporting : Analyze and report on the performance of demand generation programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics. Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 8+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in developing and executing successful demand generation programs. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media. Experience managing inside sales teams and driving lead conversion. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
