Meridian Business Support are working on behalf of a state-of-the-art Further Education College based in the Greater Manchester area. They are seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Department, with experience delivering A level business, economics, film, journalism, media and English Lang/Lit, to deliver stimulating and informative lessons to their students.

2 months/3 months, very possible extension for the right candidate.
Role responsibilities:
To teach Tutorial / Film for 1.5 hours. Must have experience as Head of Department for A level business, economics, film, journalism, media and English Lang/Lit. Plan and deliver stimulating and exciting lessons. Experience as a manager required. To mark assessments. Ideal Candidates: PGCE or other equivalent teaching qualification within Further Education. Experience as Head of Department for A level business, economics, film, journalism, media and English Lang/Lit. Ideally, the candidate should also have experience of delivering T levels. Able to mark assessments. A DBS on the update service. Can start work as soon as possible. Hours of work: 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
