The Role: As Head of Mathematics, you will take on a key leadership role, overseeing the Maths department and ensuring the delivery of an outstanding curriculum to students from Years 7 to 11. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of Mathematics education in the school, driving high standards and fostering a love of the subject. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the Maths department and managing a team of dedicated staff. Developing and implementing an inspiring curriculum that meets the needs of all students. Has a proven track record of success in teaching Mathematics at secondary level. Possesses excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrates the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others. Has a deep understanding of the current educational landscape, including the curriculum and assessment requirements. Is committed to continuous improvement and high standards.
