We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to lead our Residential Conveyancing department to carry out the following: Lead and manage the Residential Conveyancing team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Oversee all aspects of residential property transactions, from initial instruction to completion. Provide expert advice and support to clients on all conveyancing matters. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategies to grow and enhance the conveyancing department. Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. This role could be performed from any of our offices, though ideally from those situated in Cumbria. Who are we looking for? You will be a qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive or licensed conveyancer with significant experience in residential conveyancing and, ideally, proven leadership and management skills. It is essential that you can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal ability and possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and be able to maintain our commitment to providing outstanding client service. What do we offer?
